SCOS Cuffless Blood-Pressure Research

Ongoing advisor-supported research connecting SCOS cardiac waveforms, clinical-data analysis, machine learning, and wearable test-base development.

Outcome
Established an analysis-ready dataset and feature-engineering workflow for ongoing cuffless blood-pressure research, with preliminary findings presented internally.
Timothy’s contribution
Timothy built the project-specific dataset, engineered more than 700 waveform features, performed clinical-cohort analysis, contributed blood-pressure prediction and hypertension-classification work, and developed CAD for a wearable test base.

EdgeCase

A C++17 and Qt6 desktop application that builds a directed similarity graph from person data and finds connection paths with breadth-first search.

Outcome
Delivered a test-backed desktop application for loading or generating people, building weighted top-N similarity connections, visualizing the graph, and finding degrees of separation.
Timothy’s contribution
Timothy contributed the BFS pathfinding workflow, Qt interface, automated tests, team coordination, and data ingestion through local CSV and HTTP-delivered JSON.
